Kenneth J. Benvenuto, President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Benvenuto joined Infotrieve as President & Chief Executive Officer in January 2006. Mr. Benvenuto has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the information services and technology industries. Most recently, he served as a venture partner with Trident Capital, a venture capital and private equity firm. Prior to joining Trident, Mr. Benvenuto was Chief Executive Officer of DTN Information Services, an information services and communications company that provides market data, news and analysis to the energy, commodities and equities markets. His previous positions include serving as Chief Executive Officer of AMS Holding Group from 1998-2001 and Executive Vice President/General Manager of the Retail Financial Services division of CheckFree Corporation from 1996-1998. Earlier in his career, Mr. Benvenuto held executive roles at a number of other technology companies serving the Fortune 1000. Mr. Benvenuto has a B.S. in economics and a B.S. in management science from Carnegie Mellon University.

Richard H. "Dick" Weaver, Senior Vice President

Mr. Weaver joined Infotrieve as Senior Vice President in January 2006. He has more than 30 years of leadership experience within the information industry and expertise in the areas of development, operations, technology and marketing for information-based services. Formerly, Mr. Weaver was Vice President, Account Management, for CentrPort, Inc., an e-marketing company that served the automotive, telecommunications, and travel and leisure industries. Other recent positions include Vice President, Agricultural Producer Services, at DTN, and Vice President of One System Group, LLC, a wholly owned information technology outsourcing subsidiary of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Mr. Weaver also successfully founded and developed two start-up businesses that specialized in the delivery of electronic information services to farmers and commodity traders. Mr. Weaver began his career in 1974 as a research statistician for the United Nations, based in Iceland. He holds a B.A. degree in mathematics from Fort Lewis College and an M.S. degree in statistics from Colorado State University. He also is a graduate of the University of Kansas Leadership Institute.

Fred Pandolfi, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Pandolfi has been with Infotrieve since February 2006. Immediately prior to joining Infotrieve, he was President and Co-founder of Scientia Technologies, which produces award-winning consumer electronics automation software, most notably winning the International CES Best of Innovations award in 2003. Prior to founding Scientia, Mr. Pandolfi was Chief Technology Officer at Towerstreet, a leading provider of insurance automation software. He began his career developing software at IBM and General Electric and co-authored the book Microsoft Foundation Class 4 Bible. He received his B.S. in computer engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

Donna Pouliot, Vice President, Sales

Ms. Pouliot, who joined Infotrieve in June 2007 as Vice President of Operations, was appointed Vice President, Sales, in February 2009. In this role, Ms. Pouliot oversees all sales efforts for Infotrieve’s Mobile Library e-content software, STM Library, reprints and Client Information Services in the United States. Prior to Infotrieve, she held several executive positions in operations and account management for information services companies. Ms. Pouliot has more than 20 years' experience successfully building strong partnerships and relationships with both newly acquired and existing customers through the selling of solutions and the improvement of service.

Eileen Green, Vice President, Finance

Ms. Green joined Infotrieve as Corporate Controller in August 2008 and was promoted to Vice President, Finance, in February 2011. She has more than 15 years of corporate accounting experience in the chemical field. Prior to joining Infotrieve, Ms. Green was a Regional Sub-business Unit Controller and Controller for a Business Unit Research and Technology Center for AkzoNobel. Ms. Green began her career as an auditor with Coopers and Lybrand, is a CPA and is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Lynn Schlesinger, Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Ms. Schlesinger joined Infotrieve as Director of Marketing & Communications in June 2007 and was named Vice President, Marketing & Communications, in January 2009. In this role, she is responsible for all marketing strategy, execution and communications activities. Prior to joining Infotrieve, Ms. Schlesinger was Director of Marketing for Reed Exhibitions in the United States. Previously, she held marketing and management roles at The Bond Market Association (now SIFMA) and the New York Stock Exchange. Ms. Schlesinger began her career at McGraw-Hill’s BusinessWeek magazine producing and marketing events for C-level executives around the world. She is a graduate of New York University.

Jonathan Olsson, Vice President, Corporate Counsel & Secretary

Mr. Olsson joined Infotrieve as Vice President, Corporate Counsel and Secretary in October 2011. As the head of our legal department, Jonathan manages all legal services including commercial transactions, intellectual property, litigation management, employment and benefit matters, and the corporate secretarial function. Prior to joining Infotrieve, Jonathan was Associate General Counsel at Idenix Pharmaceuticals where he managed the company’s contract administration, securities law compliance, corporate governance and intellectual property portfolio. Previously, Jonathan was a Senior Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP where his practice focused on the representation of emerging growth companies and their investors. Jonathan graduated with a political science degree from Boston College in Boston, Massachusetts and received his juris doctor from Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, New York.

Mary Ging, Managing Director of EMEA and Executive Director of Publisher Relations

Ms. Ging joined Infotrieve as Managing Director of EMEA and Executive Director of Publisher Relations in 2013. Based in Europe, she leads Infotrieve’s regional operations, as well as manages the company’s partnerships with scientific, technical and medical publishers worldwide. Ms. Ging has worked in the publishing industry for more than 20 years in senior executive positions for Elsevier and Harcourt Publishers, Ltd. As a Strategic Consultant, she has assisted many clients with business development and transformation to accelerate growth. She holds an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. from the University of Arizona at Tucson.
