Infotrieve welcomes orders from corporations and individuals.

Corporations and other organizations may arrange for corporate document delivery accounts, which may allow for volume discounts along with multiple payment options, including credit cards, deposit accounts and invoice accounts. Individuals can easily set up an account and pay for documents using American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit cards. Search & Order Documents

Fees

Fees for individuals outside of Canada ordering documents through the Infotrieve website:

Service Fees+

US $15 for a completely clean citation;
US $21 if the order requires referencing

Delivery Fees (per document)

First Class Mail: US $5 for the first document; multiple documents based on weight
Ariel (TIFF by email): US $0
Fax**: US $1 per page
FedEx: Based on service level and weight; typically, US $17 for standard US delivery

Rush: US $11
Panic: US $22
Manual order entry: US $4
FDA: US $10
Color copy: US $2 per page
Advanced reference service*:
US $25 minimum

+Copyright service fee and tax where applicable are additional.

*Advanced reference service: US $25 minimum (you will be contacted for permission before proceeding if the combined transaction, copyright and advanced reference service fees exceed the price limit set on your account).

**If fax delivery is selected and the document is more than 50 pages, you will be contacted for approval of an alternate delivery method.
