Organizing your documents is simple, whether they are licensed or of your own creation. Using our "tag" feature, the Mobile Library automatically organizes and cross references your documents, allowing you to search against these tags to quickly find specific documents pertaining to your current projects or other areas of interest.
Since it is both personal and shared, the library suite is particularly useful when needing to communicate and collaborate with colleagues. Set up virtual workgroups to include all of your colleagues working in the same functional area or project team. Then compliantly share documents, along with you and your colleagues' accompanying commentary, ratings or annotations, to maintain a constant stream of communication all in one space. In addition, all software product names have been unified under the Mobile Library™ brand. All features and benefits of what were formerly Virtual Library™ 2.0, Virtual Library™ 2.0+ and Content SCM® have been brought under the "Mobile Library" umbrella for users on a desktop, laptop and iPad. You may have noticed the Mobile Library logo where the other logos were previously found, within the platform itself, as well as on order confirmations, notifications, etc.
