Strategically Managing Information Overload
Electronic media is pervasive. Instant access to the Internet and along with it, email, blogs and social networking has invaded our everyday. Couple that with enterprise e-content sources, and experiencing information overload is a near-certain consequence. The only way to review, read and absorb the most relevant information is to organize it in a way that allows a simple review, a method of identifying what is meaningful and the ability to store it in a convenient way.

Infotrieve's Mobile Library™ allows fast and intuitive management of content assets. The award-winning platform combines all of your organization's e-resources, your own personal library and direct access to the world's largest collection of science, technical and medical content, anywhere, anytime, all in a copyright-compliant manner.

From the minute you fire up the screen, the Mobile Library makes personalizing your content a priority – complete with custom RSS feeds and alerts all accessible in "digital magazine" format through our easy-to-use newsreader, greeting you with self-selected topics and updates. Reviewing past purchases allows the Mobile Library to automatically recommend related documents for consideration.

Make your content go social by creating virtual workgroups based on common interests, functional areas or project teams. Follow one another, share and collaborate compliantly on documents, provide input and receive feedback through rating, reviewing, commenting and annotating. To ensure up-to-the minute awareness, automatic alerts are delivered when relevant content is purchased or flagged by a workgroup member.

Sorting content is simplified with abstracts, reviews and annotations that are full-text searchable, and seamlessly organized and crossed referenced, based on tags that you define. Tags are easily and quickly assigned to all purchased content, so no time is lost in organization.

Branding Update
Infotrieve will soon unify all software product brand names to simplify client interactions with Infotrieve when using our document ordering and delivery platform, during the sales process and even within implementation and customer service activities. All features and benefits of Virtual Library™ 2.0, Virtual Library™ 2.0+ and Content SCM® will be brought under the "Mobile Library" umbrella for users on a desktop, laptop and iPad.

Users will continue to have the exact same functionality that existed under the previous brand names. The simplified nomenclature will make launching feature enhancements and new services easier.

If you currently license one of our products, no changes are required on your end – the only difference you will see is our updated Mobile Library branding where you previously found our other product names. The change will take place later this year and we will keep you posted as the exact timing is finalized.
Customer service is now available nearly around the clock beginning at 9:00 am in Europe and 4:00 am in the United States. For complete customer service contact details click here
